SWIFT Network Upgrade Project

Challenge

Society for Worldwide Interbank Financial Telecommunications (SWIFT), a worldwide banking system, required the client to upgrade and modernize the IT infrastructure for Real Time Gross Settlement and international payments. This was to ensure the implementation of international standards and best practices.

Solution

The team set out to assess the client's existing IT infrastructure against the identified SWIFT requirements; to reveal gaps or areas requiring upgrades or changes.

The deployment of the Dell VRail, Dell Servers and Storage was implemented in the client's environment.

Business Outcome

Following the implementation, the Client experienced significantly enhanced security and risk management, improved reputation and competitive advantage and in line with SWIFT's international standards and best practices.
